In 2007 the companies Mabyc and Ibersegur were acquired by MCH Private Equity, Suma Capital and Jaime Jorda. In 2008 the Group bought Alfia Ltd, an important company in the UK car parking sector.
These three companies have merged under the corporate
brand name Parkare Group, emphasising the importance
of service excellence and client care, substantiated by the
following values: technological innovation at the
design stage, flexible methodology during installation
and an efficient after sales service. We achieve these objectives through our investment in R&D, an area of the company where 15% of the Group’s 230 employees work.
The directors and shareholders of Parkare Group have endorsed the launch of this new unified image which aims to accelerate internationalization, provide growth in sales and improve quality and service to clients, a policy which the group has developed in recent years.
With installations of over 15.000 Pay and Display machines and 1600 parking and guidance systems the new group has a foothold in all five continents, via its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Mexico and Portugal and its extensive worldwide network of distributors. The Group carries out 40% of its business outside Spain, mainly in America, the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, as well as in principal areas of Asia and Australia.
